Jeremiah Bradbury
Co-Founder, Herbalist, Grower, Educator
When I first enrolled in herbal school, I faced a choice: work with people or work with plants. I chose the plants. I’ve always felt more at ease with my hands in the dirt, surrounded by the quiet peace that nature offers. Working with herbs gave me a sense of purpose and connection that felt right.
That commitment deepened when we moved to Fall Creek, Oregon. I focused fully on learning how to grow herbs in our unique microclimate. Along the way, I built a 20 × 40 greenhouse with almost no construction experience. I couldn't have done it without the generosity of neighbors, friends, and our community.
This work has transformed my life. It’s taught me patience, adaptability, and the power of real connection. Growing herbs isn’t a quick or easy path, and it certainly isn’t a lucrative one. It’s work I genuinely enjoy, even when it's difficult. Some seasons go exactly as planned, while others remind you that nature has plans of its own.
With my family name on our business, I feel a responsibility to do this work well. Knowing where your herbs were grown, who cared for them, and how they were cultivated creates a connection that's difficult to replace.

Laura Keith
Co-Founder, Clinical Herbalist, Educator
Like many people, I spent years trying to make sense of the often contradictory advice about food, supplements, and healthy living. I knew I could feel better in my body, but I couldn't figure out who, or what, to trust.
Back in 2017, a single class on approaching fevers through the lens of herbalism changed everything for me. Instead of treating the fever as the problem, it explored why the body creates a fever in the first place and how herbs can support that process. For the first time, I had found a philosophy that matched what I had instinctively believed for years -- that symptoms are messages from the body, not simply problems to automatically suppress.

Today, my goal is to help others better understand their own bodies. I enjoy helping people explore the "why" behind what they're experiencing and how nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle can support the body's innate ability to heal. My own experiences have shown me that when we begin working with the body instead of against it, even small changes can have a profound impact over time.

Whether through a consultation or by learning about herbal medicine on your own, my hope is that you'll leave with greater confidence in understanding your body and making informed decisions about your health.
